Eximdo was founded in Surabaya in [FILL IN founding year] on one simple conviction: importing shouldn't be complicated. A company whose goods sit stuck at the port isn't just losing time — it's losing its own customers' trust.

Today our team handles dozens of shipments every month — mostly imports from China into Tanjung Perak — for factories, distributors, and traders across East Java. We're not the biggest team, and that's deliberate: every client knows exactly who owns their shipment, and your call is answered by someone who actually knows where your container is.

As a licensed customs broker (PPJK), we handle clearance ourselves — never subcontracted. Red-lane inspections, Lartas permits, HS classification, Form E facilities: that's our daily work, not the exception.
